Why do they make it smaller? The Intuos3 Wide is about 6×11 inches – and the new medium one is 6×9 inches?

I’d too like to know what size the Medium one is. It looks slightly widescreen, it’s definitely NOT A5, but it doesn’t seem to be 6×11 either. The active area is 48 inches square or so – it must be smaller than A5wide.

So what are the dimensions of the medium tablet? If all are widescreen now, I am assuming that means the medium is the 6×11 tablet? If so, about the same pricing as the Intuos3 lineup.

It is in widescreen format. Apparently the new ones only come in widescreen.

I heard that for the medium size would cost $479, 6″ x 9″ size.

I was just browsing the german wacom shop website when I went back to the frontpage and saw some kind of a trailer anouncing something “big” for the 25th of march… what could they reveal? .

Really? I ordered one for 349, on Amazon the item is said to be “In Stock”, and the estimated delivery date with my overnight shipping is…Tuesday, March 24th…
